It’s a great place to live, great location, staff it’s super nice and very helpful, maintenance guys are quickly and great! The apartments are in great conditions, neighborhood it’s super calm and quiet.

When moving out they started adding charges that we owe them like fob wasn’t returned but they were returned and told if we don’t pay will be sent to collections.

We have been here since 2018, it’s been a great place to live. Covid created some hiccups but new management is working on improvements. Loving the pool and the new additions to the outside area this summer!

As a resident I would like to say that living here at Asheville Exchange has been a great experience. The maintenance people have been prompt and always really friendly. Danny specifically explains in detail what he is doing and how to solve issues. Thank you Asheville Exchange for being a great place to stay.
