Raised rent every year and when you move out, good luck getting your safety deposit back. Staff are not helpful, hard to get a hold of, and do a lot of finger pointing when stuff falls through the cracks.

I have lived here for a year and a half and I could not be happier! It is very modest and quiet, and the staff (specifically, Sarah in the office) is incredibly friendly. The maintenance team is very efficient and good at what they do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those in transition.

This is a second apartment for work for me, and so far the experience has been good. The management has been accommodating with me. I’ve got a 1 bedroom on a top floor with a functioning fireplace that came in handy when the power went out. I am a keep to myself kind of person but have not had any bad interactions with people here so far. Affordable, quiet, and clean.
