I lived in White Oak Grove Apartments for about 18 months while my house was being built. I loved living here! Almost everything is close by - banks, grocery stores, post office, UPS/FedEX, healthcare, downtown - and the apartments are surprisingly quiet, upscale, with friendly, quiet neighbors. The Internet connection is fast, and there is ample parking. The complex is 800 hundred yards or so from a beautiful golf course and I enjoyed walking there in the early morning. Bettyann, the apartment manager, is warm and courteous and very responsive to residents' needs. I was looking at another apartment complex - and had even paid a small deposit there - but was impressed enough by Bettyann to settle on White Oak Grove.

I've lived at at least 5 different apartment complexes, and White Oak Grove was by far the BEST. I only moved out recently because I bought a house. The apartment I lived in was beautiful with a great layout and winter mountain views. My neighbors were quiet and conscientious for the most part. Bettyann, the property manager is so on top of everything! The one time we had a dog barking issue I let Bettyann know and she had it stopped within 30 minutes. Also, the location is SO great! Very convenient to downtown, West Asheville, and RAD. Only negatives for full transparency... occasionally late night parking gets a bit crowded, so I couldn't snag a spot right in front of my unit... but there were always spots to be had! Water pressure is a bit weak in the shower-- but I think this is due to the complex's sustainability initiatives. Compared to issues I've had at other complexes, these are no big deal-- highly recommend White Oak Grove Apartments!

I absolutely loved living at White Oak Grove!! The buildings are brand new and gorgeous!! The complex is also very clean. The property manager and office manager, Bettyann and Hannah, are fantastic! Having kind, attentive people who work in the office really enhanced our experience there. If we ever needed anything, Bettyann was there!! I can’t say enough good things!! I would of stayed there forever!!!! But unfortunately I moved to another state :(

We moved to Asheville not knowing anyone and luckily found White Oak Grove Apartments. We absolutely loved living here and were sad to leave. The buildings are beautiful with very open floor plans. Great community to be a part of. Also I cannot say enough how amazing Bettyanne is (property manager). She is always happy to help and has the biggest heart. We will miss living here.
