I've lived here almost a year, this March! This past weekend I had to call the emergency maintenance line, due to NO hot water. Within an hour Fred called me back, came here diagnosed the issue. Left my apartment, got what he needed to install a new hot water heater. He was prompt, professional, detailed oriented on top of training. I am glad to call Willow Ridge home for my small family!

Lauren and Michelle are the best property managers that I've ever met. They are professional, very friendly, courteous, and super helpful. They respond to emails immediately and take care of issues right away. They are a great asset to Willow Ridge. In addition, the property itself sits on a forested mountain that feels rural, but is just 3 min away from restaurants and city life...and just 10 min rom downtown Asheville.

My boyfriend and I moved from NYC to this apartment complex. We had 0 chance to see the place in person (although I did have a good friend who lived in Asheville check it out for us before hand) and we were a little worried about moving into a place we hadn't actually physically seen. When we finally arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the look and feel of the place, especially for such a wonderful price. I will say that throughout the 2 years of us living here, the property management was fantastic. Lauren helped us plan our move-in seamlessly despite us being so far away, and when it came time for us to leave and move into our first home she was so helpful getting us set up and taken care of for the move out. During Covid, they were extremely caring and understanding and worked out a payment plan that worked for us while my boyfriend was temporarily unemployed. I'd recommend the place to anyone :)
