Call ahead. Complex management is often busy on Sat showing units. If they know you are coming and when to expect you someone will be there. It's a small office like all complexes. Sometimes stuff happens and they have to close when they are supposed to be open.
Yes they are supposed to be. But a lot of times they are closed. It's best to call first.
