******POTENTIAL THIEF OR RING OF THIEVES WORKING AT THIS STORE ******* This is the worst store I've ever encountered. They don't answer emails and rarely answer the phone. When 8 packages I dropped off and received a receipt for never showed as in transit, which means they were never picked up from the store, I called the UPS 1-800 number and was told to contact the store since the packages never left there. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she attempted to deflect the blame onto Amazon instead of trying to figure out why the UPS system was not showing my packages as having been received. She never asked about the specific packages that were missing. When I showed up to the store so she could look at my receipt and the message I was getting from their system, erroneously thinking maybe I wasn't explaining the matter right, her and the employees were ridiculing me for calling the store and asking about the packages I had dropped off at the store. She was even more unhelpful in person than she was on the phone and attempted to blame UPS ground for the missing packages. I think someone at the store is a thief, or several people at the store are thieves, and that my packages were stolen. I don't know who took the packages but I find it very suspicious that the manager was unconcerned and defensive that the packages were missing and looked everywhere but at me when I was trying to discuss the issue with her. I've dropped off many packages at UPS stores before and I know if the packages had been picked up by the carrier, they would have been showing in route. My packages were never picked up. I'm going to report the missing packages to UPS and to a friend in management who works for UPS but if you want to ensure your packages make it to their intended destination, I would avoid this store.

I could have done without the snide comment "we have to buy tape like everyone else". Sorry I don't ship packages ever and I don't know your rules.

Betty at the UPS store was so kind to me. She showed me how to return a package & what it took for the labels to print. This is the best treatment at a UPS I've ever received. Betty is definitely a huge asset to UPS because employees like her are not found very often. Thank you again Betty!!!!😄😄

So around 3:30 on 7/12/22 I used this location to drop off direct tv equipment. As soon as I got in there, this guy wearing sunglasses, a black suit jacket looking thing, blondish hair, is yelling at one of the co-workers! All over them charging him..get this…..A DOLLAR to use tape to close what he is sending off!!!! They explained to him he is more then welcome to purchase his own roll from them, or he can tape it up and bring it back, or just pay the dollar. He still was rude and was saying he don’t get it. They explained they don’t make the rules corporate does. He asked not to be charged and they told him they cannot do that. He got all their names and said he would leave them a bad review. So let me first start out by saying these employees handled this situation PROFESSIONAL!!! Especially him throwing a fit like a 2 YEAR OLD CHILD! They deserve to get over a 5 star rating from me due to them being professional and thinking they had to apologize for him being rude! I understand they deal with this daily but that isn’t right! If you do not like it contact corporate; don’t yell at the employees who trying to make a living! Anyways i definitely had good service from Betty and Haylene (sorry if I didn’t spell your name right!) and I definitely return to this location! Thank you all for your hard work!

I am currently an employee of this ups store 6142. We are training 2 new notarys withing the next couple months. The hours for our notary service are 9-5 Monday-friday. And Saturday 9-4. Now keep in mind the one we have has to pack as well.
