I could write pages, but I’ll say this. If I owned a company with this terrible of a customer service and poor rating I would act on it and fix it! I will NEVER use UPS or Useless Parcel Service again! Customer service deserves a -10000

I find this to be very wrong of UPS on behalf of Costco. I live on busy street. My door is 20 feet from that street. I have a jr high just down the road. Super tempting for someone to steal if it sat outside for much longer. And personally I sent a $1400 camera lens to Vancouver BC in July 2022. Was supposed to be signed for. Instead the deliverer just left it. I'd have been responsible for its theft! Porch pirates are everywhere and this is unacceptable and very irresponsible. Will never use or recommend UPS again.

Call David Abney, CEO of UPS. My 86 year old elderly aunt is still waiting for her shoes. The driver lied said he couldn't deliver. The fact is he didn't get out of truck. Called CS no help. Try to reach out to David Abbey the CEO. The employee never heard of him. The employees don't know the name of their CEO and the customer service can't help and the Driver can't deliver. As a result, my 86 year old elderly aunt has no shoes. Shame on you David Abbey,CEO. It's your job to train your employees with intergrity and job skill. You should introduce yourself to your employees and teach them customer service. Also, My aunt is waiting on her shoes. She lives in Ocala, Florida. I have tried to communicate with your office with no success. My next step is contacting our senator, attonery general and local media to aid us with my elderly aunt shoes
they don't give a s*hit! They are unorganized, full of it, liers, and pathetic. I paid to ship a box last Thursday July 17 to go 2 miles. It's Wednesday the 22 and still not there. I've called 8 times and no one knows what the hell is going on.
Same issue here. I have security cameras proving they didn't even try. Finally got a call from a supervisor and was promised my package would be delivered today. Well guess what just another lie. UPS SUCKS!
Agreed. I sent a package on November 29th and as today, December 9th, it has yet to arrive. It has been all over Denver. As many have stated, you cant speak to anyone in the US and the individuals answering the phone has no idea what they are talking about they are only reading from a script. The headquarters is in Atlanta but if course you cant reach they because they know how HORRIFIC their company is.
Ups is awful!!! I spent 8 hours on the phone trying to get my problem solved. No luck!!! Can t even find someone to complain to. I'm a retired UPS employee. They are just too big and have very poor cs
