I would have given 0 stars if that were possible. Guy from this company came out (which I believe could have been the owner) to fix my Dad’s dryer, which wasn’t drying clothes. I told him that the dryer was turning on and tumbling, but not drying the clothes. He turned the dryer the on and checked the air flow from the air vent and stated it was working, and charged my Dad $79.00. My 86 year old dad was the one at home at the time, and I believe this guy took advantage of an old man and told him everything was working fine. My dad washed a load and placed it in the dryer, IT DID NOT DRY!! He called the place and they told me to pull the dryer out and told several things to check, all of which required a lot of heavy lifting. My Dad told him, that’s what he paid him to do and the guy said he wasn’t going to come back out. What a FRAUD AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS AWFUL BUSINESS WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY!!!
