Hi Byungsun, unfortunately we are unable to troubleshoot power problems here. I would suggest calling (770) 763-7693 and speaking with the service department. They can answer service questions, schedule service and advise you on your best options for this printer.
A 5100 error code is saying that the ink carriage has problems. Make sure there are no seal tapes left on the new cartridges and that they are seated properly.
