Some of the staff are unprofessional especially the lady at the front desk. She complains and curses 🤬 in the building when she thinks no one is around. On organic soup night...She didn't see my wife sitting in the waiting room because of the angle, and she was huffing and puffing, annoyed with her manager and co-workers that kept calling and coming to her desk that night, and she was cursing saying she wasn't going to answer no more phone calls and she wasn't cleaning up sh**. She even complained to one of the participants about being there since 7:30am that morning. Other than that... When there is an issue they don't communicate 🙄. ..They run, duck, and hide. They don't respond to emails either. Smh I'm done with this unprofessional company.
