Same issue here. I have security cameras proving they didn't even try. Finally got a call from a supervisor and was promised my package would be delivered today. Well guess what just another lie. UPS SUCKS!
Attention David Abbey, CEO of UPS. I have tried calling your corporate office located in Alanta, GA, regarding your drivers unacceptable dishonesty. I received a message that my package which was a pair of shoes for my 86 year old elderly aunt was undeliverable due to our address. The address on package is correct. In fact, your driver drops packages off at our resident on an almost daily basis. These are the facts. Your driver never drop the shoes off. Also the address is correct. The driver was too lazy to get out of truck and delivery them, as a result we got a notice indicating that our address is wrong. This is very dishonest customer service. It's sad that an elderly woman is waiting for her shoes to be delivered and your worker lied. This whole crisis could have been avoided if you train your workers to be honest. The shoes were to be delivered Friday March 6, 2020. Today is Saturday March 7. I called your customer service line they said they will not be delivered
