Call David Abney, CEO of UPS. My 86 year old elderly aunt is still waiting for her shoes. The driver lied said he couldn't deliver. The fact is he didn't get out of truck. Called CS no help. Try to reach out to David Abbey the CEO. The employee never heard of him. The employees don't know the name of their CEO and the customer service can't help and the Driver can't deliver. As a result, my 86 year old elderly aunt has no shoes. Shame on you David Abbey,CEO. It's your job to train your employees with intergrity and job skill. You should introduce yourself to your employees and teach them customer service. Also, My aunt is waiting on her shoes. She lives in Ocala, Florida. I have tried to communicate with your office with no success. My next step is contacting our senator, attonery general and local media to aid us with my elderly aunt shoes

UPS is the undoubtedly the worst major delivery company in the world. PERIOD!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UPS!! This company needs a total overhaul, from the very top to the bottom. Their aim is to never resolve any customer issues. Don't bother trying. You will only get angry, frustrated and eventually high blood pressure. They simply don't care about people. Not even their own employees. I should know...because I have worked for them! Their only interest is making money.

UPS!!! You have no consideration for your customers if you did one of your representatives would respond to these comments with a number to speak to an actual person to at least pretend to want to help you resolve your issues

And it shows! I thought it was just our local, extremely isolated town. We only have one here, and it serves a huge rural area. It does show everywhere it seems. I tried to call CORPORATE today, even they has made it impossible to speak with a human. Is there not even an escalation department? It's no wonder we all have so many problems with UPS. The company seemingly doesn't care about their customers opinions. It is NOT ACCEPTABLE! 😫🤯
