Trails are well marked. Very walkable and rideable. 20 mile outer loop, 1.5 mile loop and everything in between. Scenic walk with lots of different vegetation.

This hidden gem was right near our cottage and wonderful place to hike and take in all the beauty of the hills and trees and wildflowers. Can't wait to go back to explore another trail. Very well marked, loved the sign at the trailhead that outlined every trail and distances.

I've hiked these trails in summer and winter, and have thoroughly enjoyed myself both times. The scenery is gorgeous in any season, and the miles of trails mean you are likely to have a nice, quiet, solitary experience while you're out there. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good moderate-difficulty hike!

Lots of nicely maintained trails winding up and down hills with natural scenery and lookout spots. Seems like a good place for mountain biking but it's not so busy that it detracts from the hiking. Pit toilet leaves much to be desired

This is an excellent place to snowshoe. You should have no problem navigating the terrain with the pulk sled

Is this trail suitable for x-country skiing?

Mike Halblander | Mar 14, 2018

I am not a x-country skiier, but I suppose sections of it would be suitable, but overall I'd say somewhere else would be better. The trail has many twists ans turns and lots of elevation changes...it's really good mountain bike trail.

It's mostly Sandy, rooty, hard packed dirt. Certainly not for the traditional rails to trails type commuter
