I am not a x-country skiier, but I suppose sections of it would be suitable, but overall I'd say somewhere else would be better. The trail has many twists ans turns and lots of elevation changes...it's really good mountain bike trail.
It would be tough, mostly used for fat tire bikes during the winter. I'd go up by shanty for more suitable trails
