We had a great experience renting from this place, the trip down the rivers to Torch Lake adds another nature element to the experience. Justin was the main associate we interacted with and he was very helpful and processional. The price also was very reasonable and I would definitely come back.

Team did a great job. Boat was brand new and in great shape. I even had a small issue where I banged up a prop, and they fixed it before the next day rental with no hassle. Great place to rent a nice pontoon for the Bellaire lake area.

Do the all-day rental if you can. Highly recommend starting from Lake Belleaire and driving through Grass River to Torch Lake...totally worth it! I had only driven a boat a couple times when I was a teenager and always with my Dad on board. But Joe was great, answered all my questions, and got me up to speed really quickly. I was able to drive confidently all day. We went all the way through to Elk Lake and back & only spent about $50 on gas. Never got below 3/4 tank. No bathroom on site, but you can rent an on-board porta-potty for $25. The pop-up privacy tent feature on the boat was cool. We had a super time!!!

Torch lake deserves a 5 star so does the actual pontoon. It was amazing. However, Joe, that helped get us set up with the pontoon was very rude and argumentative. My reservations said from 11am until 9pm but we get there he said we had to be back by 7pm. "We never do rentals that late, ever" I had never been there so I didn't know, I was going by what my reservation said. The address I was given had was wrong so when we were already running behind ( which when Joe called because we were 10 minutes late and he had another group to get ready.. I told him that it was our fault and we would wait. He said, "no, just hurry and get here").. Was told to gas the boat up but the station closed at 6. The nice man Spencer opened back up for us. Tried to tell Joe and he argues saying "oh, no, they are opened until 7, we are busy". When clearly they weren't. I just was not impressed with him what so ever. Very rude. Many places to rent boats from. Will not go back there.
