No camping in Glacial Hills. Although it's listed as a multiuse trail, this time of year it's dominated by mountain bikers.
Definitely not tent camping. For decent-length trails that allow tenting you'll need to section or thru hike the NCT, otherwise you'll have to search nearby areas for day camp style spots.
I don't think so. It's mainly for hiking and biking, but there is other tenting options nearby. Ellsworth, Fisherman's Island in Charlevoix.
