Although I ended up going with another rental unit. I wanted to get on here to say that I really appreciated how helpful all the agents were. While apartment hunting, anytime I had a question or needed a speedy response, the agents were always available or would respond to my emails within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend for anyone that has past horror stories bad communication with apartment staff.

We know most apt have managers, but this lady in this apartment complex is a horrible misleading manger reporting false things to management above her. Sincerely sad. She doesn't not know we can hear her phone conversations, she make plans to make false accusations to report. We thought nothing about it till we witnessed it. Thank god WE ARE ON HER GOOD SIDE but I think she sad and misery loves company. I hope corporate reads this because this discrimination is sad. It seems management is in cahoots with his lady. Evictions to get money

We moved into our apartment in August and have been so happy we made the choice to move into Broadway 190! We love the layout of our apartment and have been blown away by how affordable our utilities have been (even when blaring the A/C all day during those hot summer months!). Melissa made our move in such an easy, stress free experience. She and the other staff have all been on top of issues as they arise and handling the natural kinks of a new community with grace and professionalism. Cannot recommend this community more.
