Friendly and easy to talk to, BUT 1- If difficult to get a hold of. When calling you will often get corporate office. When stopping by, door is locked and no one answers. 2- Extremely over priced. Contacted another Miracle Ear location that was able to give men the same hearing aid at the same level needed for $1000 less! Then the Hagerstown location was will to match the price upon showing them written quote or give me $400 off! Like dealing with a car salesman. So, why would I dis the place that was willing to give mebetter price up front anyway….
