The owner is extremely knowledgeable about appliances and so accommodating. We took a dishwasher in for diagnostics to see if it ould be repaired. It was a lost cause, but they disposed of it for us, and we purchased a a brand new one from Big Bubbas. It arrived a day before expected and was perfect. We also bought a used range/oven for a very reasonable price. We really appreciate the honesty and expertise of these folks. Their customer service is fantastic.

Bought a freezer from bubbas for $300. It never worked very well. I had to turn it up colder and colder to get it to freeze, after five weeks on the coldest setting it wasn't freezing anymore. I called bubbas and they told me to bring it out to them and they will work on it, I told them I have absolutely no way of getting it to them asked if they come and work on it or pick it up. They refused. I'll never shop there again and never recommend them to anyone. Its just taking up space.

Honesty isn't a thing of the past at this business. I wanted to have a dryer fixed, explained what was wrong over the phone, and the owner said to go buy a new dryer. He looked up the part, which was over $200, and saved me the time, effort, and money of throwing good money after bad. THANK YOU! They also appear so sell high quality used appliances as another option.

Not generally, I know that they weren't buying anything here a few months ago. However you could always give them a call and ask as they may have changed their policies.
Big Bubba's does buy appliances, but it all depends on what the customer has for sale, and what they want for it. It's hard not to be insulting when someone thinks they have a lot of value in something they spent quite an bit of $$$ on, only to find out its only worth a few dollars at most. Big Bubba's does not buy broken appliances.
