The front desk fat man was very powerful and hateful, you can see that right in his eyes! he was acting like he is the boss of everyone, and he said he is the boss, but he is not helpful, the ironic thing is that they call this place as support center, he is treating people badly, he never used any polite word, very terrible person, feel sorry for the other employees who are working with him, very bad experience.

The center is in a shopping complex with other offices, UPS next door. It has ample parking available. My appointment time was in the morning at 10:00 am. I reached here 15 minutes before my appointment time and I waited in the queue, only three people ahead of me. A lady came out, checked my appointment letter and ID and asked us to get inside. Once inside, I was given a token number and my documents were checked/stamped. My number was called after 2 minutes as there were no more than 5 people in the waiting lounge. My fingerprint was done in 2-3 minutes, she took a picture, asked me to sign and I was done. By the time of my appointment, I was out. Note: Please complete all your forms beforehand to avoid re-queuing.

Courteous staff. Very organized. Went here for Canada visa biometrics. Was in and out in 20 minutes on a Friday morning. The website says Canadian biometrics is between 11am to 2pm, but didn’t seem like they wouldn’t take your biometrics outside the time window. The website might need an update.
