About the only other place i can shop for odd tools that you wouldn't use for a long but do the job tarps an tie downs is the place to go in a hurry.

No but they do have adaptors for refilling them.
Just hardware and tools. Im sure you can find hinges at HF for your door and the tools to cut the wood and assemble a door if you're a do it yourselfer

I haven't seen the "Flex Seal" brand, HF usually has their own brand, i.e "Chicago or Badlands and so on. Your best bet is Calling OSH or The Home Depot. Good luck on your search.
