Wow, Where do I start. So I called the dealership on a couple of Fridays a go, and they where pretty nice, Tuesday 10 A.M was the earliest they could see me. So I don’t hear anything for 24 hours, so I called the dealer about Noon on Wednesday and they didn’t get back to me til 2P.M, and then explains to me that the batteries are dead and they can’t troubleshoot anything till Thursday, so now I’m a little frustrated because I brought in my truck with dead batteries, so Thursday roles up and the guy tells me I need two new batteries and the an alternator and the alternator gonna take 5-7 days to get here, and it would be two thousand dollars. I was frustrated with the whole situation, so I told the guy to give me twenty minutes, called up a buddy got the parts, and half was correct I did need an alternator but didn’t need the batteries, they could have done a simple load test on the batteries. I am frustrated because I’m a working man, I also had to rent a vehicle for the week, go get all the materials install it myself and was still charged 498.00 for there trouble shooting.I get it they gotta take care of there guys, not sure it was worth the money, maybe a couple hundred,I also picked up the alternator the very next day, it’s tough to find good customer service, I would think twice before bringing your vehicle to the Dodge Dealership on 4100 Stevens Creek,San Jose,Ca unless you want to get taken advantage of.

Avoid the service department by all means. I called to make an appointment this morning and was told “just come in now the wait will be approximately 2 hours from the time you get here” which is fine it’s an oil change and things take time. I drive 30 minutes in traffic just to arrive and one of the guys to tell me I need an appointment. He then sent me in the makeshift trailer, where the female behind the desk told me I was didn’t need an appointment, either way after she goes to talk to the guy that sent me inside, the story changes to a 8 hour wait since I don’t have an appointment… YOU ALL told me to just come in, otherwise I would have made an appointment! Total disappointment in this place. Definitely has lost any business I was prepared to give them

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and they took me in right away. Cliff, one of the service agents inside the office, was exceptionally friendly and helped me with my recall appointment swiftly. I really appreciated his customer service from the time I arrived to the point when my car was ready. Probably the best part of my experience at the dealership, was our conversation. Things didn’t start out great. I brought my truck in for an oil change and inspection (30k miles). Received a call in the afternoon from service advisor in the afternoon, so I thought it was done, but he was letting me know that one of the service people had put a deep scratch in one of the doors. I wasn’t pleased. However he sent me a photo and said they would take care of it. A few days letter it’s ready, repainted, and the service with the oil change was covered! What impressed me was they were honest about it, owned the issue and took care of it. I understand that accidents happen, and it was certainly not something they wanted to have occur. But they never attempted to dismiss the problem or avoid responsibility with a “That damage was already there”. I have been to dealers who have tried to weasel out of issues that way. Glad to see this service department communicated and did the right thing, it makes it easier to bring my truck back for future service needs.
