I have been taking my Rogue in for service since the day I bought it. This has been through recessions and pandemic. The customer service agents are all great. I can't find any issue with the repairs either. The only concern lately is communication. It seems for whatever reason they are short handed in the service department and their agents are now doing several jobs other than their primary ones. I was wondering why I was having trouble getting through just to make an appointment. It also took longer to receive the estimate and a call when the car was done. The service agents are answering all incoming calls besides their own, checking clients in AND out and whatever other responsibilities they have. I am sure the problem is being worked on, but management get these guys some help ASAP!

Really appreciated Johnny helping me out for my car service. I recently moved to California and was way overdue to get my oil changed and tires rotated after driving across country last year. He was very kind and let me know it may be a few hours as they were short staffed which I didn’t mind at all and completely understood. He also gave great advice on the status of my car and provided options. Thank you for the help Johnny.

Amazing warranty experience for replacing the drive battery on my Leaf. Johnny, my service advisor, was great with communication as always. Highly recommended for any warranty work, as well as standard service. I tried contacting some other local dealerships and the experience here was significantly better.

I called, scheduled an appointment was provided my contact’s name, arrived on time, only took about 5 minutes to find Johnny. He was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and relaxed. We discussed various issues with car. He provided estimates, explained where I could wait and the work was done in a timely manner. While waiting I engaged with another employee regarding an estimate on purchasing my car. She too was very patient and helpful and gave me a fair offer.

I already had insurance when going in, so I did not need to rely on the dealer's insurance. Frankly, I would always use my own insurance when leasing as it will almost always be cheaper.
Service engine lights can indicate a variety of issues. It could be as simple as a gas cap not being closed correctly. The best option is to bring it in for service so it can be diagnosed.
