Had to resize my ring 3.5 sizes up. The jeweler did a fantastic job considering all the channel set diamonds in the ring. Terry the graduate gemologist is very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond the to help me decide what to do with my other pieces. Their prices on my repairs and appraisals are very reasonable. The entire staff members are also knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful. I appreciate having an appointment and still following the precautions during this Corona Virus crisis.
