The worker had the wrong date written down for my appt. So I wasted a trip to the office today.

They sent me to three different buildings half hour wait on two even when I showed the first building the paper work and address he sent me to the wrong building. It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't taken a tumble the day before and messed up my knee.

This Review is for Christine Phan She was very rude and not approachable. When my Mom had a chance to talk to her she was not polite and she raised her voice and yelled at my Mom, she took advantage of my Mom for not speaking English, she verbally abusive my Mom, made my Mom very uncomfortable and got mentally disturb. My Mom came home crying and was hurt. We were there today and talked to her supervisor and she was very nice to us. We already filed a complaint against her to the County ,she needs more trainning and change her behavior not to abuse elderly people .

I hope they can provide better service. I keep calling them but they tell me they will call me back. They never call you back they do not care if you have no money to buy food or health services. Worst staff working here. Rude and Impolite.

You couldn't do did at this office , you have to go to social security office
Bus 73 leaves it right there, but I think it has to take another or another 2 buses and that information now I don't have it.
