Got my newborn's birth certificate at this location. Took about an hour without an appointment. This place is kept clean, and the staff is friendly!

Do I go to take survey to get housing?
Yes they will but I'm pretty sure that you will need a probation/parole officer referral.
Monday mornings, wednesday afternoons and friday all day
Go in
I think so
They do help people who are either on probation or parole upon release from jail or prison. They have near zero assistance for clothing and hygiene though. I'm on Parole, recently release and they assisted me with daily bus pass tokens (two at a time) after 2 weeks they got me a bus pass card for up to 3 months and placed me in an SLE for one month while I wait for a THU to come available. What you have to decide is whether you are going to use "Faith based" re-entry services (like Maranatha) or the County re-entry services, you can't do both. The Re-entry center on 151 West Mission Street, can set you up with either County or Faith based services. A couple Faith based services are Bridges of Hope or Maranatha. Perhaps call them first to see if they offer all the services you will need.
No I just went to get information about jobs
They have a food stamps office there to help you
I think 8 a.m.
No they don't..you can use social services on senter or "Bridges of Hope"
