The game cards ...when u buy 60 minutes of unlimited play instead of points there is a big delay when trying to swipe again. My son is Autistic and he was getting frustrated today!. ...is that how the card is set up now..? I hope not. I usually take him every 2 weeks.

After not being at a Chuck e cheese for probably 30 years it was fun to go into this one again and see how much it's changed and clean and organized. Would go back and have a party there.

the food was good, it was very fun until the end where a family took our balloon and started a fight w/ us and what disgusted me was how the workers sided with them when they touched a 3 year old and threaten to called the police. they said “i am not taking sides but you have to leave”. overall the situation was handled horribly even though they started it.

Been here lot of time for over 30 years, now with my grandchildren
We did go today. They were only checking masks at the entrance, but seen many people removed it inside. But if you can go before 1/2/2022( they said until supplies)last, they are giving the golden tickets. Every ticket has Some prize and grand prize any chosen arcade game is free.
If you want to have a birthday party there then you'll need a reservation. Otherwise. walk on in.
Yes sometime u can see dead gost rat lurking in the shadows of the stage
Who cares who owns it! It's a clean and well kept family fun place.
I don't really know that answer
Never been to one in Milpitas but I know there is one in Newark/Freemont
The day we were there we did not see Chuck E Cheese. Which was last Monday.

No, not for years. The icky location that I cutoff think of that did was in Sunnyvale, but not sure if that location is still open due to covid.
I don't know for sure, but I believe it is closed permanently.
You do not need a reservation, just arrive and set aside your tables
