Honestly a lot has change. When it was just Carolina medical center there was better service. I understand taking better measures. But I brought my Best friend here who is also like my family. And the wait was long and than they took her for X-rays which lasted longer than 30 mins. Had me worried and wondering why so long. There were not even hardly anyone in the waiting room. It never use to be like this, even when I worked here. And I refuse to even come back to work here.

I arrived with abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. I have a high-risk pregnancy and I had to wait more than 6 hours to see a doctor. FATAL!!!!! Your service

Went to the ER with chest pain and super high blood pressure. After tests had concluded it wasn't my heart, they pretty much abandoned me in the waiting room. I started to have intense flank pain, and nausea and even started hyperventilating, falling to the floor. Nurse treated me like a faker and said I was fine because "she had given me some crackers" which I couldn't even eat because she never brought me water as promised. I was deduced to drinking water from the bathroom tap. Nurses lacked compassion and I wanted nothing more than to leave even if it meant dying at home. Walked out disoriented with IV still intact, even psssing out on sidewalk shortly. Came home, was given a covid test and was positive. My kidneys hurt so bad and my chest as well from what I'm assuming is my lungs. I've never been this sick in my life. I sat in the waiting room exposing who knows how many people.

I brought my father because he cut his knuckle open and you could see a tendon. He was in pain and we arrive around 10am it’s currently 4:17pm and they just placed him in a room but still haven’t put in stitches or anything. So many people in the ER waiting room waiting in pain and no help offered. Never understood the ERs system of looking at patients
