Horrible facility. Their only concern is to turn people over as quickly as possible. If you’re in pain, you will be treated like an addict. People yelling and cursing in every room from lack of care.

13 weeks pregnant with severe vomiting and dehydration that started at week 7. Was supposed to be admitted over night to get a picc line and was told multiple times it wouldn't be long, or that it would be in the morning. That never came; finally after 3 days of being admitted, I finally get the picc line with only a bit of lidocaine to numb the area when i was told it would be a small amount of local anathesia. Injection site still hurts severely (can barely move the arm without being in pain) and oozing blood a day later. Still vomiting and not able to eat or keep anything down, doctors have done nothing regarding the nutrients needed. Even after expressing my concerns, I still received nothing. The first day being here, I had a slow response time when calling for the nurse, but over time, I am going HOURS without the nurses coming in to assist or even bring a glass of water. I'm a very patient, kind and understanding person, but this has definitely been one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hospital. Please do not bring your loved ones here if you want them to get better as the staff does the bare minimum to get by, (except for one or two nurses). Even though I'm pregnant, no attempts have been made to check on the baby, even when expressing concerns about severe cramping in my lower abdomen. I'll be going home with my picc line, but in worst shape than I arrived because I still have not been given any nutrients, and apparently sugar saline is the best care they have to offer here.

Overall, a good experience under the circumstances of being sick. I was taking back very promptly. All of the staff was kind and helpful from beginning to end. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism.
