I have been here in waiting with my daughter for 1hour she vomiting blood and very weak. We was told no bed available at the moment. I don't understand a person who is vomiting and weak and patient is tell you "Do let me die Mama". That is a hard thing to swallow..This hospital need some extra workers. They was taking other people back to rooms. While my daughter as a grown women in pain on the floor without any extra care.

This Facility, is an Embarrassment!!! to the name Atrium Health!!!!! In over 60 years of living, I have never seen a place So Horrible!!!!! I brought my son here on Wednesday night at 11:45 Upon arrival, there were 6 people in the waiting room. my son checked in, he explained to the check-in lady he was in excruciating pain, she said she would let the head nurse know.3 hours later, he asked her if he could speak to the head nurse, regarding pain medication. The check-in nurse called her to come to the lobby. The head nurse Aimee came to the lobby.Aimee, was very Unprofessional, disrespectful, dismissive, and Rude!!! my son asked her if there was anyway,he could get something for pain? Aimee replied No,!! and he"d have to wait.so he asked, if she thought it would be much longer, she replied, You"ll have to wait we see people acutely!!! with a very Smug Nasty attitude, she walked off!!! At 3:30 4 of the 6 people, got up and left!!!! that left my son.and one other lady.at 4:00 Aimee, came and took the lady back. 3 people came in to be seen, at 4:30 Aimee came out and got one of the people that had just got there, she would not even Look towards my son,and she had this stupid smirk, on her face. she intentionally, skipped him, as if to say,You Will Wait at 4:50 Aimee came got another Person!!!!! Okay, Now I Am Livid,!!!!! because I see what you"''re doing, so I asked the check-in lady to call Aimee back up to the front.!!!! She came , My son asked her why people, just walking in were being seen before him? she stated the doctor had told her, that there was nothing else she could do it for my son, So i asked when were you gonna tell him that!! we have been here All night!!!!! Now she says, the doctor said if he does"n't mind waiting, she will get to him. I told her we have been here All night!!!! Does that sound like someone That minds waiting? I told her we have been here since last night,my son was in Excruciating Pain All Night!!! Now you ask,If He does not mind waiting!!!!!! Now, I feel like it"s in My Best interest To go somewhere Else!!! I am not trusting Doctor Horn, or Aimee, with my Son"s Health!!!!!! and We left!!!! I feel like Aimee, is very Prejudice!!!! I see at least 3 other reviews that named her specifically!!!!! very Rude.!!! Unprofessional, she should Not be over the Nursing Staff,She should Be Over the Parking Lot!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB,with a review of how We were, treated!!!! Please take your Emergencies to a real Emergency Room!!!!! It"s So Sad, Our visit was So Bad,!!!! The Check-in Nurse gave me the Complaint Number (704}355-8363 And the Nurses name, So that says it All!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst ER I’ve visited. Doesn’t matter if there’s no one or 10 people in the waiting room, 1pm or 1am. It’ll take at least 3 hours.

Prompt, courteous service. Wasn't sure what I would experience after reading these reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised.
