Rented a car from this company in April. Gave one time authorization to debit my account. 5 months later they send me a e-mail saying they debited my account for something that I don't even understand. The fact that they went back into my account and took money they were not authorized to take is unacceptable. It was a one time authorization. A decent business would have at least contacted me before just dipping there hands in my account. I'm equally upset that the back let that happen. My advice is if you use this company, deal strictly in cash.

My family and I looked all over Charlotte for a 15 passenger, we eventually found Carolina Rent a Car!! Not only were the prices reasonable and affordable. Matt and Mike is personable and friendly!!!!! I've rented from them every since!!! Also their deposit is not high like everyone else!!!!

Some of the vans do have tow packages. You would need to let them know in advance if you require it. Great customer service, vehicles and affordable pricing.

When would you need that? We normally just rent cars from our office and they have to be returned to our office, but we may be able to arrange that for you with enough time?
If they have a major credit card or bank issue check card and full coverage insurance on their personal vehicle that will cover the rental vehicle we can rent to them. There is a $10.00 per day underage driver fee and a $150.00 deposit plus the cost of the rental due at rental time.
Actually that depends. We have some vehicles that we offer unlimited mileage on and some we do not. Also your travel destination may change mileage and rental policy. It is based on how you qualify. Deposit is normally $150.00 with credit or check cards, but could increase with cash rentals or higher insurance deductibles.
Where will you be traveling too, just NC or traveling from here to somewhere else? Would you prefer a hi top van or the traditional low top van?
