I am trying to find a rental car for my nephew who lives in Charlotte. He will not be 21 until next month. We really want to see him and his baby and mother of baby at a family reunion here in Ashland, VA. Do you rent to someone just under 21?

If they have a major credit card or bank issue check card and full coverage insurance on their personal vehicle that will cover the rental vehicle we can rent to them. There is a $10.00 per day underage driver fee and a $150.00 deposit plus the cost of the rental due at rental time.
