Reserved a full size car got there a was told only small sizes were available. The big guy is very lazy, had me running in and out with vehicle info. Questioned my about where i work and what i do at my job. Got out the parking lot turned around because the radio didn’t work the lazy guy stated all of the vehicles are like this. Customer service was terrible

No, they have shuttle service to Charlotte transportation center from there take 16, Which take you to this location! They have bus every 20min
