I've went here a few times to purchase items and to get things repaired. Went down this week and asked for some silver to be cleaned and polished and I can't express how horrible of a job they did. She just rushed me out the door. Shame I won't be going here again. It's sad because there's not that many jewlers around any more.

Yes some exceptions, we cant engrave glass or some pieces our machine cant hold

We do but not every piece. We are usually looking for larger diamonds, over 1 carat or older antique pieces. Hope this helps
I know that Crown Jewelers does resize rings and they are not really expensive.
