Great Friendly atmosphere. Classes are challenging but fun. You learn a lot. Coach Tai is the one of the best. Been here for 4 years and by far my best experience training. Where you're competing mma, muay Thai , boxing, or self defense maybe just looking for a great workout. This is the hands down place.

Great Gym! Reasonable prices, no contracts, great instructor, and the workouts are a great balance of conditioning and technique. Money well spent!

Love the atmosphere. Coach is very nice and encourages students to meet each other and be friendly. He and his assistants are all very skilled and the prices are affordable.

Questions & Answers

What's the membership cost? Can I workout on my own or I have to be in class?

10 Dollar per Class. If you want to work out with the Coach its 30 for 30 minutes and 55 for an hour. If you come in and speak with him, he'll have other options as well.

Yes, we do. H8L competes regularly in Semi Contact, Point Contact, Full Contact and Full Rules competitions. H8L competitors have competed for organizations such as but not limited to International Kickboxing Federation (IKF), World Kickboxing Association (WKA), Triangle Kickboxing, Lion Fight, NAGA, New Breed, Conflict MMA, USFFC, Settle the Scores MMA, Fight Lab, NFC, NFC, MFC, Bellator, ISKA, Tough Man competitions and NC/SC State Golden Gloves Boxing. Additionally, we've also had competitors fight in Thailand as well. We do not rush anyone into competition. We like to establish a strong foundation and a thorough understanding of the basics as well as the proper preparation both physically and mentally for competition. You are certainly welcome to come in and observe classes as well as give a class a try. We look forward to training alongside you.
