Very disappointed in my budget rental car at Charlotte-Douglas airport. Toyota Camry reeked of cigarette smoke, front windshield had a crack all the way across at eye level, seat belt latch on driver side would not catch and would fall to the floor and underneath the side of the seat, and finally, the rear passenger tire had a slow leak that constantly required attention. Would not rent from Budget again at this location.

Budget’s FastBreak has left me standing in long lines and getting jerked around. What is the purpose…recently in San Francisco stop in line 1 hr 45 minutes. This weekend in Charlotte..sent to two different counters, Fastbreak not ready, after checking in had to wait in new line just to get car. Very disappointed

I returned a budget car 25 hours late and didn't receive a penalty charge. The website States a fee for one day late return. If the company representative can't help extend just return late.
Don't be late...nc road tax, their insurance if you get it and a slew of other "minor" fees tgat add up...A 35 dollar car for 24 hours will actually he 55 dollars not including any insurance tgey try to push on you

You should call the location of the center that you dropped the rental car off. Hopefully it's in their lost and found.
Return it at the same place and same time you picked it up from if its a one way rental contact Budget
If you picked it up at that location you should return it to that location, if not you may need to contact Budget
Depends on the airport, for some it is 24 hours, others you may have to use one of their sister brands for the return, others may have a key drop box inside the airport. If in doubt, I would strongly recommend calling the location and not some central office 800 number.

I have not experienced that issue at this location. The Budget rental car at Charlotte Douglas has always fulfilled my rental car needs.
Yes you can. You have to call the 800 # and make sure you have the Key to the vehicle you rented to get the number off the key.
Leave it in the car
It's in the airport. Some others are just offsite, but there's an airport bus to take you there.
They don't have one. Good luck getting ahold of an actual person.
