Jordan and Onward Charlotte has been above and beyond the best physical therapy experience I’ve had in Charlotte. From my shoulder pain to knee pain, Jordan has been able to successfully screen my injuries to find the root cause, mobilize the area, perform cupping and dry needling techniques to relieve tension, and prescribe stability and strengthening exercises so the problem area does not return. Appointments start and end on time and the equipment they have is top notch. I highly recommend Onward Charlotte to anyone wanting to decrease their pain and/or improve their athletic performance.

I've been to a handful of PT's and Onward is hands down the best I've been to in every aspect. The team is dedicated to long-term resolutions, not just one-off fixes. They are extremely friendly, great communicators, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, get results! I will continue to give Onward the highest recommendation both here in Charlotte and at their other locations (as I'm confident they only work with equally skilled and well rounded individuals).

Jenna did a phenomenal job of fixing a shoulder issue i've had intermittently for 25 years. She is an expert at diagnosing and fixing shoulder issues. This is the third issue successfully fixed at Onward, this team is phenomenal!
A Jeffers
Today was my first experience with Physical Therapy. I found Jenna to be very thorough. She asked alot of questions to help understand what I was experiencing, and then methodically led me through several movements to see what created pain and what relieved pain. I was really impressed with her approach, her knowledge, and her ability to help me feel comfortable through the process. I would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely!
The Gather Wilmore office complex has a spacious parking lot. In the unlikely case that parking is limited, street parking is also available.
Your therapist will spend the time listening to your medical history and treatment goals. They will then perform a comprehensive physical assessment focused around the movements and activities that are limited. Together, you and your therapist will come up with a game plan for recovery!
In the state of North Carolina, no referral is needed to see a physical therapist. If you question your need to see your doctor first, feel free to call us to discuss!
