Uninterested and unsympathetic staff that refuses to communicate with patients. We waited over 14 hours (still waiting) in the emergency room. Do NOT go to this hospital.

Literally the SLOWEST emergency room in Charlotte! I waited 5 hours with The worst pain I’ve ever felt, still not to be seen. They’ve wasted my Time & Patience. It was so packed it was sick!

Only reason I give a two is because Megan who was working the night I was there. She took amazing care of me. Seemed like the only person in the ER who even cared. I think it was Megan C but can't be sure. She is a travel nurse. Give her a raise Novant. Olivia B complained when I was admitted to her area. Loudly complaining about it. Very rude and unprofessional. "Why do they keep giving us people." Megan ignored her and came to take the best care of me. If you don't like your job then you should get a new one. Novant you should explain to your staff to complain behind closed doors if they are going to complain at all. I understand that understaff and overworked is happening because of the work force. But we are still patients there for help.
