When we arrived the hotel did not have electricity but our receptionist brought us to our rooms with the flashlight on her phone(how's that for service)! We went to eat and she called while we were there to tell us the electricity was back on. The AC in our room was working and felt great when we we got in from the restaurant. Check out was easy.

It's about time for remodeling . Nice people barely a step up from a choice hotel. Would stay there again with a good rate. I'm also a choice member, and personally I like comfort suites. My wife loves courtyard, most of the times the the courtyard exceeds expectations. GREAT SERVICE AT THIS PROPERTY

This hotel is ran down and disgusting. I thought based on the reviews to give it a try. I’m a Hilton diamond member so maybe my standard lid are higher. Pulling up the door wasn’t locked in the back, even though it said it was so that was a huge security issue. The hallways were ran down. Got to our room and the sheets were dirty in plain sight went down and was moved rooms, the new room sheets were dirty also. They may of been washed but they were stained and that’s nasty to me. The room smelt bad, the shower had a bunch of mold spots. The hotel staff was very nice but I wouldn’t recommend this place for comfort.

We had a few issues with our double queen room. We found a lot of hair in the sheets (on both beds) as we were inspecting the room, on arrival. However, Mrs. Mary at the front desk , was very understanding and had us moved to a different room. Sadly, the new room had sheets with SEVERAL stains on it . Mrs. Danielle immediately had the lead housekeeper change our sheets. Unfortunately, by then we just did not feel very comfortable. We were trying to have a nice evening out since our son was away, but we decided we would just feel better at home or another hotel. Mrs. Danielle was very understanding, apologetic and swift to act as she too has children, and related to us wanting to unwind. Though the room(s) we’re disappointing the customer service was great. Side note: My wife went to the bistro where she met Ms. Yvette. She bragged to me about how nice she was and she appreciated it.
