Very nice and clean, room was great! Meal I had downstairs was good and the drinks that were mixed were spot on. Shuttle service from and to the airport was perfect. Had a big walk in shower and a king size bed, slept wonderfully. Staff was very nice and courteous.

Staff is fantastic!!! Friendly & Welcoming!!! The Hotel was fine for the two days I stayed there, but Hilton really needs to invest some $$$ into the facility. It has seen better days. I get it is an airport hotel, and they get used hard, but this one needs some love.

My positives for my stay are this: The Staff- The ownership of this hotel should reward their staff. Of my two positives for this hotel, the staff was great. I felt awful for your overnight FD attendant. The card creator did not work, and she literally had to walk me and another lady to our rooms on two different floors to open our doors. The only other positive(also a negative tbh) is that I wasn't out of pocket for the stay as I redeemed points. The negatives: Wow this hotel is dirty. Very dirty. The floors, the windows, the carpet was absolutely gross. The elevators, the pool! The shower head in our room needs to be replaced, the floor underneath the bathroom sink looked like it had not been clean in a very long time. The next morning there were no coffee cups for coffee. Again, your FD agent was very nice, but overwhelmed. I unfortunately will not stay again but give kuddos to your staff.

This is absolutely the worst hotel. This property is very deceptive. Upon entering the lobby you feel as if you are entering a clean hotel. This hotel is far from being a clean establishment. The hallways smell like urine and feces. I have been here for a few weeks and have literally begged for housekeeping and was refused. The past five days I have requested house cleaning and have done so in the morning and in the evening. This was turned sure that in case morning management does not provide to housekeeping evening management would. Not sure what the issue is but I have yet to have them service. Last night I had to request a mop, a broom, and cleaning supplies so I can clean my own room. I was promised that someone would be in today to clean my room. Upon entering the room the cleaning items were left in the room. They simply placed towels on my bed and didn’t do anything else. So no cleaning and on top of that cleaning supplies were left in the room . I Would not recommend this hotel for business or casual stay. If this is your last resort be prepared to have have some challenging experiences.
