1 star is too many for this place. First, the front desk attendant wrote our room number down wrong then seemed to get an attitude when we came back to ask what number our room was (because there was someone in the room written on the card). Second, the handles on the bathroom door were installed backwards so you couldn't shut the door due to the handle hitting the door frame. Third, we put our 11 mo old down to let her crawl and play (after a 6hr drive who wouldnt?) But after about 20 minutes her hands, knees, arms, and legs were black with dirt. Clearly the room had not been cleaned in a VERY long time. Fourth, the sink smelled like someone had taken a fresh dump in it. It STANK!!!!! And finally, despite being a smoke-free hotel, our comforter and the chair in our room both had obvious cigarette burn holes in them. We will not be staying here on our way back or ever again and I will strongly encourage everyone to stay away. ***there were also water stains on the ceiling next to the bathroom and rust/what looked like possible mold or mildew by one of the water/fire sprinklers.

Positive: The staff at this hotel is amazing! Ashley was the absolute best!! The hotel smelled fresh and clean upon our arrival. Our room was cool when we checked in. Hotel lobby is very inviting. The breakfast was very nice and well stocked. Thank you!! Negative: The location of the hotel was a bit sketchy, but we will definitely stay here again! It is close to everything and access to the interstate can¿t be beat! We enjoyed our stay!!

Disgusting! Dead fly, everything dirty. The carpet was not even vacuumed. Mirrors dirty, green m&m on the floor, rust on top of the mini fridge, and the A/C unit completely disgusting (see picture) with what I hope are chocolate stains. I can't even put my 11-month baby down because the floor is gross. I get it; this is not a 5-star hotel, but geez at least clean properly. Someone needs to check that the room is actually clean before giving it to the next guest. I will obviously never stay here again. I am owed a refund for this dirty and nasty room. The toilet paper in the bathroom was USED!!! How cheap is the manager?? Use a brand new roll per guest; it's common sense. I uploaded a picture showing ashes in a non-smoking room; it wasn't even dusted! What a huge disappointment. These types of hotels should go for $30-$40 a night, not $70. Way overpriced. Breakfast was decent, no fruit, though which is pretty important part of Breakfast for us. Mini waffles, breakfast sandwiches, packaged Danish, toast & cereal. OJ machine was out of order, so we got apple juice and coffee.

Hair in the bed, dead cockroach on the floor. Room smelled like a locker room. A/C mold. What really annoyed me...they weren't able to print me a receipt, didn't get an email of it either. Try calling you get an auto-attendant, press 0 for an operator and it automatically hangs up on you. Oh, check out the pool. It's green and has chairs sunk to the bottom. Whatever you do don't look in the exercise room. They sorta use it as a closet too. Can I give this place a zero rating?
