Nice hotel, but the carpets are gross!! The room was clean, the bed & pillows were comfy. Had a few issues. I had coffee, tea & setups, but no coffee pot. The front desk had one sent up, but it's missing a part so had to wait for the part to come up. No housekeeping visit on Saturday so I called the front desk for towels, coffee, & to have my trash emptied...they never showed so I stopped at the desk for coffee and towels but I couldn't do much about the trash. The door handle was broken & you had to slam it, extremely hard, to close from the outside. They have a huge, beautiful outdoor courtyard with tons of seating but the only place you could smoke was just outside the main entrance, ya know where everyone has to walk thru the smoke to get in the hotel. Of course there are people that smoke in the courtyard anyway & throw the butts on the ground. They would do better to make a section of the courtyard , away from doors & people, a smoking section with ashtrays or butt posts.

Overall the hotel wasn't a bad experience by any means. The room was nice, with everything you need. The pool was also nice, well maintained and fun to use. The only thing to note was that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast which was ok, not a deal breaker. However our room wasn't serviced one day, the ice bucket we had was dirty, and lastly the key card kept deactivating. Beyond that it was fine.
