The hotel is just ok, service is highly variable and the restaurant is terribly managed. My room was made up inconsistently, I.e. missing tea, towels, etc. The request for a feather free room was not correctly addressed resulting in a long delay. Prices in the restaurant are very high for the mediocre quality. Fitness center was better than average. Soundproofing was worse than average.

First and foremost, I love the location. It is in very close proximity to the mall and Perkins Rowe and the highway is easily accessible. Depending on the room location, the traffic on Bluebonnet can be a bit loud. The room was average and the service was decent. I feel like my room location on this particular visit was less than ideal. The walls are thin and other guests in nearby rooms were extremely loud...in all directions and at all times of the day/night. But, all in all, I would book here again and request a room on a higher floor in doing so. Lastly, there is ample self-parking (without an additional cost per night). I certainly appreciated that!

I'm trying to give the hotel a honest review without being to ugly. I do travel a lot and I stay at a lot of different hotels all over the country. This review would not reflect their restaurant as I did not use this service. I do feel that with their convenience of the restaurant that the prices are somewhat fair. Like I said I do not know anything about the service. As far as the lobby area, I think it presented itself in a very welcoming manner. Very clean and organized. It does have a bit of an overwhelming smell. Not a bad smell but very fragrant. In my opinion a little strong. The staff was friendly and professional. I did have a problem with my billing, we are currently getting this resolved. I believe it could have went smoother however it all worked out. As far as my room, it was clean for the most part. My sheets did have a yellowish stain on the top corner. I did ask staff for new sheets. Over all I think that it is a nice place. I would like to take the time to brag on Harry. He was very professional and very patient with our party. He is a great asset to the company.
