Same here. I filed on July 1. I was approved, but I still haven't seen a dime of money! I've called and written to them so many times, I lost count. There is no way to get through on the phone (no matter what time of day you call).

All the state reps will do is have their assistant or intern email a copy/paste request with your info to the same LWC email address as we use, and ask them to call you. Its a drop in the ocean. I've reached out to my district rep, state reps, senators, governor, city hall, community action agency, pelosi's office, DOL, PRAC, and other elected and community agencies who should be active in helping us. Barely any of them can use a computer, or understand how these systems work, and it seems they are largely clueless on federal legislation. I've read a large majority of the federal legislation in regards to the pandemic, and as many of you may wonder; Yes, the LWC does consistently violate state law and federal law. No, your elected officials do not care about you. They would remain in service to the companies with $$ of the state, as they don't want to lose their backing in having to raise employer's unemployment tax pay-ins. You are the sacrifice for them. Now starve.

Do not know the answer to that question. When dealing with this group no one seems to care. I have not been paid nothing after dealing with system crash and no one in office. Should you find out let the community know.

It should have come up when doing application. Try doing a Google search "Hey Google, where do I enter my direct deposit info on my account with LA Workforce Dept?"

You will still have to wait because they gonna want all your paychecks from when the pandemic started up until the day you file for PUA benefits to determine if you qualify and if you made enough

I'm not sure Google maps is the appropriate place for a question about specific benifits. Use the state UI portal or call in.
