I called about a law that a company is not abiding at. I talked to a woman and she didn't know the law after I explained it partially then about a min or 2 she hung up on me. Really Rude!

The lady at the first desk ANN is so unprofessional!! She was NO help what so ever. While a lady was trying to assist me and my mom … ANN told her no, yet ann was incompetent. She was so worried I was going to make a complaint she refused to give me her name. Actually girl, I wasn’t going to make a complaint until you acted as if your name was such a secret but I got it anyways ! You wouldn’t have a job without people ANN ! You not above anyone.
