TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! There is always miscommunication within the staff. They do not care if you cancel appt due to personal matters if its not within their policy timeframe they will charge you a grooming fee on top of your service. Today, I went to my 7am appt. When I show up they told me they cant service my dog because they dont have an updated rabies for him. I have been taking my dog there for years!!!! They changed systems and now are making customers go there without even informing them of the info they need ahead of time! Why would you schedule an appt without having an updated file?? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!
