Pretty angry that I got denied an account because I have a foreign license! As a AMERICAN who offered to provide my social card tax documents and credit card statements that wasn’t good enough, even though on the website it shows foreign ID is acceptable (also provided my social number). I am very disappointed that they do not educate their staff on dual citizenship clients and laws on retaining more than 1 driver’s license, also laws on asking for my home title!
