Poor customer service, more concerned about personal sales then customer service. I came in to get a new phone line, I didn't have proper iidentification.I asked the sales rep if using my passport would work she said yes. So I drove straight back home and to the store 20mins each way. I got back and was greeted by another associate he insisted I wait for the original person helping, I mentioned I was pressed on time. Nonetheless I waited still, mind you I'm the only customer in the store. 15 mins later she gets back apologizes, starts processing my identification paperwork, has me input my ss#. She looks lost I ask what's going on and she doesn't know, I remind her she said my passport would work to which I drove 40min to retrieve. She replies "Look I just work here if you have a problem take it up with at&t" To which I say wow thanks for wasting my time and she says your welcome.
