Dr. Kramer and his assistant (sorry, don't know her name) are true gems. I have had only good experiences and would recommend them to anyone. Highly recommended. 5 stars without hesitation.

Dr Kramer is always thorough and concerned with your total health not just today's symptoms.

I’ve seen his PA Christine numerous times and she is absolutely fabulous! Highly recommend!

Dr. Kramer and Kristine Golden are truly AMAZING. My experience with doctors has been pretty terrible. Either they don't care, are inept, or suffer from Narcissism and have that gross God complex. You won't find that with Dr. Kramer or Kristine Golden. They genuinely care for you, and spend time with you to make sure your medical needs are met. They are highly competent and responsive. I read several reviews regarding challenges with the front office. Here's a workaround. If you're a new patient, call in the morning to get through. I've never gotten through after lunch so morning is key, but they will call you back if you leave a message. If you're an existing patient, use the MyChart patient portal to send a message. I've always received a response within 24 hours if its during a business day. And if you're treated poorly, notify the office manager so the unprofessional staff can be weeded out if there are enough complaints. You could even message Dr. Kramer directly to let him know. In a perfect world you wouldn't need to do any of those things, but it's better than having a "nice" front end experience with another doctor, only to be disappointed with your care, or worse, blamed for your medical condition, should they not be able to figure out what's happening in your body.
