They marked me 30 days late on the last month of a loan that was on autopay. I keep getting told that a collections officer named Tiffany will reach out regarding my goodwill request but she never does. She doesn't even answer the phone... I've been getting the run around for over a month! I'm a Louisiana native and LSU alumnus. I don't live in Louisiana anymore, but I still try to conduct business locally if I can help it. I've been at this union for years unfortunately. I consistently get better offers through other institutions. It feel like its discrimination but I can't prove it. I'm actively looking for reasons to continue to use their business but can't seem to find any. I'll be filing a report with the CFPB, lets see how long it takes them to respond then

UPDATED RATING: Their new ATM’s now give you choice of bill size. Previously, their old ATM machine used to spit out only $100 dollar bills on any withdrawal over $100. Many businesses don’t accept $100 bills. Thank you!

I have financed several trucks with nfcu, they were always willing to help me when I needed help.

I come to this branch sometimes to make my auto loan payment that is with another credit union, they are a smaller credit union and way better than Neighbors, so I used the "Shared Branch" option to make my auto payment, but now you can not even do that with Neighbors anymore. Apparently, they "stopped" doing shared branching, in my opinion, this is one of the huge factors and benefits to being a credit union. This is not even a credit union anymore, deff starting to feel and run more and more like a bank. If you are reading this review, take your business to BRECO FCU, at least they treat you like a person, someone picks up the phone and talks to you, and you can do a shared branch transaction with them. Edit: Mind you there is no notice that they do not do shared branching, there website at the time still shows they offer this service, and the CO-OP website still list them as a participating credit union, so when you spend time in their drive-thru, wait for an "live teller" to assist, all for them just to tell you, they don't offer that service anymore.... Make it make sense.
